Finished this... interesting anime that I felt didn't really go anywhere as it focused on more past events than current events, with characters that were rather boring. I wish it focused more on its current timeline.

Manga any better?
Well, shows a lot more detail and the fight scenes go on for pages. Its alright. Its just that the anime doesn't show much detail. Maybe because the studio decided to go with... PG on it. I remember they showed this anime in Philippines, heavily censored. haha
I think I watched the uncensored version, but not much to it.
